ACCEPTANCE OF MERCHANDISE: Worth Repeating reserves the right to accept and sell items we determine to be saleable. Items need to be in like new condition. We may not accept items housed in a smoking or pet environment. You may bring 1 box full of smaller items at a time and email or bring a picture of larger items that you would like us to consign. Please point out any imperfections and be honest with us about the condition of your items so we can make our decisions of acceptance as accurately as possible.
WE ACCEPT: Sofas, chairs, love seats, all types of tables, lamps (with bulb and shade), dining rooms sets, living room sets, entertainment centers, bedroom sets with bed frame (no mattresses), framed pictures. We will be very selective on bedding & window treatments and decorative accessories. We will not accept appliances but for a $10.00 fee we will put a picture of your items in a catalog for our customers to view. It will be up to you to supply all information and the sale of the item will be between the seller and the buyer. All items must be in working condition, free of defects and Worth Repeating can not be held liable for any items sold.
PRICING & CONSIGNMENT PERIOD: We will work with you to arrive at a favorable sales price. We need to know the age of your items, where purchased, what you paid for them and an idea of what you are looking to get for your items. After we get done with our search of your items we will determine a price. We may decline items if we think the expected price is too high for the resale market. Your items will be on display for 11 weeks. A 20% markdown will occur after the third week, 30% after the sixth week and 50% after the ninth week.
(Additional reductions may apply during holiday specials or specially advertised sales or events) You will receive 50% of the final selling price**. At the end of your consignment period you must pick up your items. If you do not pick them up on time they will become the property of Worth Repeating to sell and all monies collected will go to Worth Repeating.
CONSIGNER PAYMENTS AND FEES: Any item requiring Worth Repeating to clean, touch up, or repair will be charged a minimum $15 handling fee and will be deducted from the consignors account. All items sold will be credited to your account and can be cashed out at anytime or used as credit toward future purchases. When you use store credits for store purchases, a 5% discount will be given on most items. Any accounts that have not had any activity for 2 years will be deleted and any monies in the account will be the property of Worth Repeating.
INSURANCE DISCLAIMER: We will take exceptional care of the items consigned, however, merchandise is the consignor's until sold and must be covered under consignors insurance. Worth Repeating can not be held responsible for any type of damage while on display.
HOLDS/STORAGE: We will keep purchased items in the store for 1 week after you complete your purchase. During this time, please make arrangements for pick up and delivery. Any time beyond the first week will be charged $10 storage fee
PICK UP & DELIVERY: For large items or heavy items we will be happy to refer a local moving/delivery company.
PICK UPS: Please bring everything needed to transport items when picking up. We do not keep ties, straps, padding or other necessary transportation items available in the store. We can not help LOAD OR UNLOAD items due to workmans comp issues, so please bring someone to help LOAD OR UNLOAD large and heavy items.
